进口卫生级恒压阀工作原理

恒压调节阀由控制压缩空气的压力大小来控制调节阀芯的位置，从而达到所需的压力及流量。阀体12个厚钢板锻压设计工艺、阀芯及所有零部件采用AISI3016L或304制造，阀体内外喷砂抛光，膜片采用优良橡胶制成，高温可达到140℃

The constant pressure regulating valve controls the position of the regulating valve core by controlling the pressure of compressed air, thereby achieving the required pressure and flow rate. The valve body has 12 thick steel plate forging design processes, and the valve core and all components are manufactured using AISI3016L or 304. 1) V型恒压阀：入口恒压(进口压力保持恒定)在阀门入口端保持一个恒压。该配置典型应用，分离器，热交换器等后部，作为溢流阀门的使用    。

2) A型恒压阀：出口恒压在阀门出口端保持一个恒压。出口恒压配置典型应用，灌装机，装瓶机等设备前部

流量范围Kv,全开(p=1bar):大约23m³/h.流量范围Kv,低能力(p=6bar):大约2m³/h.
