       皮带除铁机，又名磁选机。一般指非金属精选磁选机，即去除原材料中的铁质和其他磁性物质，常用于陶瓷、矿业、化工、研磨等行业。例如在矿业中，原料一般先使用大中型的磁选机粗选，粗选后的原料含铁量降低到一定程度，可以供某些对铁含量要求不高的行业使用。而在对铁含量要求高的场合，则需要使用除铁机对粗选后的原料进行精选除铁，甚至进行多次除铁，以达到要求。也可以把除铁机理解为小型磁选机，通常在原料处理量不大的场合中，也是使用除铁机。
