机器简介

本机采用PLC界面控制，前导轨升降式，更适于磨小片玻璃的调整。该机采用短节距大滚子链条傅动压板，夹板为40#锻打材料。磨头采用CDQC电机精度高、能耗小、稳定性强，采用PLC精确控制斜边的宽度，自动化程度高，并采用同步带输送。主要用于磨削玻璃的斜边。斜边的多重组合。精磨和抛光以及底边磨削一次加工完成。具有加工效率高、质量好、性能稳定、操作简便及损耗低等特点。

This machine is designed for grinding/polishing glass bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding. 
Conveyors use chain transmitting system, which consist of anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40# forging sheet steel bone.  This structure guarantee glass is stably moved.  The working precision is high.Timing belt transfer glass and it has a stable transportation.Grinding wheels are driven by high precision  CDQC motors.This machine is easy to operate and have a durable function.
