GENERAL
Type TDXS pumps are new type of single stage double suction centrifugal split pumps with high performance. They are widely used in delivering liquids to the water plant, circulation water system of air-conditioner pipe net system of supplying heated water, construction, drainage pumping station, power-station, industrial water supply system ship industry, mine and etc.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGE:
1. Type SL pumps work stably with less noise and vibration and can work at a lifting speed due to short support at both sides, thus they can widely used.
2. The same rotor of Type SL pumps can be operated at reverse direction to avoid damage to the pumps by water hammer.
3. Unique design of type SL pumps working at high temperature using middle support to fasten the pump casing and using cooling seals oil lubrication bearing then pump suitable for working at 200℃ especially for suppling heated water to pipe net system.

安装使用说明
一、特别提示:
泵的安装须由经过培训的,对水泵安装富有经验的人员进行。
二、一般要求:
(一)泵与电机联轴器的轴向和径向偏差不超过0.04mm,每次在联轴器的两端均匀旋转量具90°,用游标卡尺或千分尺检查,所有点的读数必须均匀。
(二)不允许将泵作为管路的支点,管路在靠近泵的地方应设可靠支撑,泵与管路连接处不允许传递任何应力和变形。管路的公称直径必须大于或等于相应泵的口径,必须用适当的方法补偿的热路膨胀,使泵不受额外的负载。
1、泵的安装和调整
泵的安装须由经过培训的,对水泵安装富有经验的人员进行。
安装形式:
1、测量并记下泵的位置。
2、把泵电机机组放在基础上,地脚螺栓插入基础中并调整。基础和底座之间保留4-5mm间隙。
3、对基础螺栓灌浆并让其坚固。
4、基础坚固后均匀地拧紧地脚螺栓。
5、调整并对底座灌浆。
2、轴承润滑
轴承在制造厂已加油脂、起动前检查轴承,如果在运输和储存中有杂质进入轴承或油脂已凝结固化或油脂已泄漏,起动前必须更换油脂。
轴承至多运行两年后必须更换油脂。每次更换油脂必须拆除轴承。更换油脂前用汽油或类似的介质清洗轴承、轴承体和轴承压盖,并擦干净。在球轴承和滚珠轴承中填料油脂,而在轴承压盖中只填充一半油脂。用油枪在轴承体上部的油嘴中加油。
滑动轴承用介质或外接水源润滑,为防止轴承堵塞,每运行8000小时或至多两年后,必须清洁轴承,并确保润滑管路畅通。
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION MANUAL
● Caution: Installation of pumps must be expert and correlative train.
● General Require:
(Ⅰ) Axial and Radial clearance of pump and motor coupling less than 0.04mm. Use of the vernier caliper or micrometer inspect both the end of coupling that equal rotate instrument 90º,every point read data must be equally.
(Ⅱ) Pump shall not be pivot of pipeline and pipeline must be set of fit support against pump. The joint of pump and pipeline can’t transmit any stress and distortion. nominal diameter of pipeline must be excess or equal diameter of pump, and drop suitable method for heat expansion of equalize pipe and loading of superfluity.
1. Installation and adjustment of pump
Caution: Installation of pumps must be expert and correlative train.
Installation Type
(1) Measure and writing position of pump
(2) Pump unites put on base floor, anchor bolts insert base floor and adjustment. Remain 4~5mm between base floor and bedplate.
(3) Grouting base bolts and fitting.
(4) After base tightness, equally screw anchor bolts.
(5) Adjust and Grouting the bedplate.
2. Bearing lubrication
Bearing already fill oil in manufacture and before start-up check bearing. If bearing or oil grease already freeze or leaking in transmit or store. Please alter oil before start-up.
Bearing must be change oil grease after operation two years. Each time change oil grease must disassembly bearing. Before change oil grease, use of gasoline or similar medium clear bearing. Bearing body and bearing gland, fill over oil grease the ball bearing, but the bearing gland just fill half capacity. Use of the oil gun fill the top of bearing body in nozzle. Slip bearing use of medium or connect external water for protect bearing block. After operation 8000 hours or more two years, must be clear bearing for lubrication pipeline expedite。
3、轴封的维护
如果轴封大量泄漏或长时间停机,泵启运前要安装或更换填料。泵运行时填料函处有少量滴水,填料压得太紧会使轴套发热并磨损,因此填料必须轻轻地、均匀地压紧。
机械密封:机械密封无需特别维护,每天检查它是否发热。如果机械密封明显泄漏,拆开并检查,必要的话更换机械密封。
4、拆卸
只要拆开泵盖,不必拆卸进出水管路,就能拆除整个转子部件;
1、 关闭进出口泵盖,打开放水螺塞和放气螺塞,将水和气排出;
2、 松开泵联轴器与电机联轴器之间的紧固件;
3、 松开并压出填料盖;
4、 松开泵盖与泵体之间的连接螺栓,拿掉泵盖;
5、 松开轴承体和泵体之间的连接螺栓,拆下转子部件;
6、 拆下泵联轴器和轴承压盖;
7、 松开螺母,从轴上压出轴承体、轴承体包括轴承,确保压力均匀,不要用榔头,否则会损坏轴承;
8、 拆下填料、填料环和衬套,松开轴螺母,拆下轴套。叶轮和轴之间是间隙配合,所以叶轮能比较容易地拆下。如果拆不下,用木榔头敲打轮毂。
5、重新装配
重新装配可按上述拆卸顺序的相反方向进行。装配和拆卸油封、轴承和泵体、叶轮密封环时要按照规范的装配工艺或安装使用说明。
在装泵盖前为防止填料环进入填料箱,把填料环粘在填料压盖上。
确保泵和电机联轴器与泵和电机的轴端齐平,轴不能突出。
6、运行/起动/停止
准备
泵的灌注和辅助管路检查
泵在起动前必须很好地放气并用介质灌注,进口管路中的截止阀必须适当打开。
注意:泵不允许干运行!安全打开辅助管路(冲洗、密封、冷却液等),并检查流量。
检查轴承润滑剂和轴封
检查转子转向
电机转向应与泵壳上的箭头方向相同,在连接电机前检查泵的转向。
3. Main of shaft seal
If shaft seal lot of leaking or long time shut-off, so that installation equipment or change packing. Stuff box have little drop water when operation. If packing pressures more tie that shaft sleeve heat and wearing. Packing must be given gently and equally pressure machine seal. Machine seal needn’t special maintain but whether every day shall be overheat. If machine seal have observe leaking, disassembly and check , if necessary, change machine seal.
4. Disassembly
Just disassembly pump cover, don’t disassembly inlet and outlet pipework, it’s disassembly whole rotating parts.
(1) Shut-off inlet and outlet pump cover, then open drain water screw plug. And drain water and gas.
(2) Loosen fitting parts between pump coupling and motor coupling.
(3) Loosen and extrude packing cover.
(4) Loosen joint bolts between pump cover and pump body then remove pump cover.
(5) Loosen joint bolts between bearing body and pump body then disassembly rotating parts.
(6) Disassembly pump coupling and bearing gland.
(7) Loosen nut, pressure bearing body from shaft. The bearing body including bearing, comfier pressure equally. Don’t use of hammer whether damage bearing.
(8) Disassembly packing, packing ring and gas then loosen shaft nut, disassembly shaft sleeve.
It’s clearance assort between Impeller and shaft so that impeller easily disassembly. If not, use of wood hammer beat impeller hub.
5. Renew assembly
Renew assembly according to counter disassembly circulate. It’s according to installation and assembly workmanship assembly and disassembly oil seal. Bearing and pump body, impeller seal ring.
Before assembly pump cover in order to prevent packing ring enter stuff box so that packing ring coherent packing gland.
Confirm pump, motor and shaft end of pump and motor together, shaft not extrude.
6. Operation /start-up/shut-off
Prepare
Filling of pump and Aux. Pipeline inspection
Before start-up, the pump must be perfect drain gas and fill medium and check valve of inlet pipeline must be suitable open.
Note: Pump can’t empty operation safely open Aux pipeline (flush, seal, cooling liquid etc.) and check capacity.
Check bearing lubrication and shaft seal
Check rotating direction.
Motor direction must be same direction with arrowhead of pump casing. Before connect motor, inspect direction of pump.
起动
-如果没有止回阀就关闭出口阀;
-安全打开进口阀(如果有的话);
-如果有的话,打开轴封和轴承的外接水源阀门;
-泵一开始泵水、压力表压力就上升,慢慢打开出口阀,使泵在规定的参数范围内工作。
泵只有在起动和停止的时候关闭出口阀,否则泵将发热或损坏。
-关闭出口管路中的截止阀;
-如果出口管路中有止回阀,则截止阀可以维持打开状态以得到一个回压;
-关闭电机;
-关闭辅助管路;
-如果有冷却水的话,等泵冷却后再关闭。
-如果发生霜冻或长时间停车,排空水泵和冷却腔(如果有的话),或者采取其它防冻措施。如果泵配的是填料密封,拆除填料。如果泵处理的是污水,为防止在停车期间被腐蚀,排安并冲洗。
7、维护/运行管理
泵运行时应保持平稳,否则轴承和轴封将会损坏,泵不允许干运行。泵不能长时间在出口阀关闭的情况下运行。轴承温度允许超出环境温度50℃,或不超过90℃。
在泵运行时,辅助管路中的阀门必须保持打开。如果泵配的是填料密封,运行时应有少量滴水,填料压盖应轻轻地压紧。
定期检查备用泵,确保泵能正常运行,定期转动泵轴。定期检查联轴器部件,一经发现磨损即行更换。外接密封、冷却和润滑水必须高出进口压力1.2~2.0bar。
Start-up
If haven’t check valve that close outlet valve.
Open inlet valve (if exist)
If exist, open shaft seal and external connect water valve of bearing.
Open the power resource.
Pump start-up suction water so that pressure of pressure gage rise. Then slowly open outlet valve for pump working in normal parameter rang.
Pump close outlet valve only just start-up and shut off, whether pump shall be overheat or damage.
Shut-off
Close check valve of outlet pipework.
If outlet pipework have check valve, so that check valve can remain open state for a return pressure.
Close motor
If exist,close inlet valve.
Close Aux. Pipework
If cooling water exist,after pump cooling then close.
If occur frost or long time stop operation that drain pump and cooling house(if exist) or adopt another method for protect frost. If pump is packing seal that disassembly packing. If pump deal with sewage that drain empty and flush for prevent corrupt when stop operation period.
7. Maintain/operation management
Pump remain placidity in operation otherwise bearing and shaft seal shall be damage and pump don’t empty operation in outlet close consider. Max temperature of bearing allow to excess ambient temperature 50℃ or less than 90℃.
Valve of Aux. Pipework must be remaining open in operation. If pump drop packing seal that have litter drop water and packing gland shall be gently tie.
Regular inspect stand pump and rotating pump shaft for pump normal operation. Regular inspect coupling parts, seek wear as soon as alter pressure of external connect seal, cooling and lubrication must high than inlet pressure 1.2~2.0 bar.
8、可能发生的故障及其解决方法
1、泵不出水,压力表及真空表指针剧烈跳动 | 注入泵的水不够,进水管漏气。 | 再往泵内注水,堵塞漏气处。 |

Ordering Instructions
1、应按照使用条件的规格、材料、冷却和密封管路系统及原动机。在订货时应提供流量、扬程、吸入压力、密度、温度及介质等,并指出介质的易燃性、易爆性、毒性、腐蚀性、结晶性以及是否允许封液渗入介质内。
2、若对原动机有特殊要求时,用户应说明现场条件,环境温度和湿度,安装地点及类别(防爆、防火等要求)电压大小。
3、若用户需要选用轴封,在订货时由制造厂按使用条件决定供货的型号及规格、材料,也可按用户要求的供货。
4、以上要求均填写出在《数据单》上。
1. Pump’s size, material, cooling and sealing piping system and motor should be decided according to used conditions. When ordering the following condition should be given: capacity. head, suction pressure, such as inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosiveness, crystalline and whether sealing liquid is allowed to enter into pump medium.
2. If special motor is required. The customer should specify site conditions, ambient temperature and moisture, installation place and type(anti-explosive and anti-fire ect.). voltage.
3. If the customer selects shaft sleeve. The type, size and material of shaft sleeve will be decided by manufacturer according to use condition and also according to customer’s requirement.
