旋风除尘器又叫旋风分离器，当含尘气流由进气口进入时，气流将由直线运动变为圆周运动。旋转气流的绝大部分沿器壁自圆筒呈螺旋形向下沿锥体流动。含尘气体在旋转过程中产生离心力，将重度大于气体的尘粒甩向器壁，沿壁面下落到底部旋转给料器排除，将尘粒从气流中分离出来的一种气固分离装置。

Airflow with dust will flow in circle instead of lineal when itenters the air inlet into cyclones separator.Most of the rolling airflow flowshelically down along the cone from the cylinder.The airflow occurs centrifugalaction during rolling process to drive the heavier dust to the cylinder surfacethus flowing down to the rotary feeder and is discharged.Cyclone separator isjust designed to separate the dust from airflow.
