该阀采用活塞气囊式内部为密封的容气腔。下端为活塞，当冲击波传入水锤消除器时，水击波作用于活塞上，活塞将被推往容气腔的方向运动，活塞在一定压力的气体和不规则水击波双重作用下做上下运动，形成一个动态的平衡，这样就消除了不规则的水击波震荡。
This valve uses a piston gas cell, its internal is a closed gas-container and lower end is a piston. When shock wave is transmitted into the water hammer remover, the water-shock wave acts on the piston The piston to move towards the gas-container and take up-down movement under the gas of a certain pressure and the irregular water-shock wave, a doubled action, thus forming a dynamic balance so as to remove the irregular water-shock wave’s os-cillation.
