双列调心球轴承
调心球轴承特别适用于因安装不当或轴弯曲引起偏斜的工作场合，当调心球轴承承载能力（特别是轴向载荷）不足时，可选用具有相同调心性能的球面滚子轴承。我们公司备有各种系列和结构的此类轴承，可供选择，这类轴承采用冲压保持架或聚酰胺保持架，轴承代号带后缀 G 表示带聚酰胺保持架。

注意：
　　在一般使用条件下，12 系列和 22 系列轴承允许倾斜角为 2.5°，13 系列和 23 系列轴承允许倾斜角为 3°，当轴承在倾斜的条件下使用时必须保证轴承和周围零件有足够间隙；当转速升高时，倾斜的轴承噪声有增大的趋势。由于噪声的限制，轴承实际倾斜角可能比倾斜角小很多；对带圆锥内孔的轴承，安装后很难准确测量轴承游隙，因此带圆锥内孔的轴承安装需要一定经验和技术；带聚酰胺保持架轴承工作温度应低于 120℃。
