安装和使用 ：

MZ 系列凸轮离合器两端配有防尘轴承，內部已经注入特殊的润滑脂，使用时不需要润滑。

与皮带轮、齿轮或链轮配合时，將离合器插入皮带轮、齿轮或链轮的孔（具有 JIS 標准 f6 级公差）並將螺栓（高抗拉强度）旋入离合器端面的牙孔內来紧固。 外部载荷要使用其他的装置来支撑，不能直接作用在凸轮离合器上。 离合器与轴的联结仅能使用平键，请勿使用锥形键。

当將离合器安装到轴上时，应將推力作用於离合器的內圈，请勿作用於外圈。

此系列凸轮离合器的工作环境温度：-5℃至 40℃， 也可根据用户需要，设计、制造非标离合器。

单向离合器是一种精密装置，它能在一个方向传动扭矩而在反方向超速运转。它具备处理超越运转、反向制动、以及分离操作三种基本功能。

应用范围

广泛用于机床、包装机械、印刷机械、轻工机械、纺织机械、石化机械、水泥机械、治金机械、连铸机、起重运输机械、减速机、发电设备及试验台等机械传动中 。
