本产品应用于高速铁路桥梁通信、信号电缆槽伸缩缝处,起到保护电缆的作用。
经现场调研,目前桥梁伸缩缝处采用设置止水带、水泥抹缝、塞麻筋及使用三合板等简单防护方式,上述方式使接缝处的信号、通信电缆暴露于自然界中,长期日晒、雨淋加速电缆老化。
同时由于站前施工粗糙,接缝处的填充物体与两侧的桥梁预制电缆槽无缝对接较差,造成桥梁接缝与预制电缆槽存在落差,当动车组通过时产生震动,引起此处电缆外皮在落差处产生频繁的摩擦,易使电缆外皮磨损,缩短电缆的使用寿命,不利于电务运营安全维护,有行车安全隐患。

The on-site investigation shows that at present the bridge’s expansion joints are provided with simple protection methods by using water stop tapes, cement jointing, and plywood. The above methods make the signal and communication cables at the joints exposed in the air, making cables easy to age with sunlight and rain.
At the same time, due to the rough construction, the seamless jointing of the filling objects at the joints and the prefabricated cable troughs on the two sides are poorly jointed, resulting in a gap between the bridge joints and the prefabricated cable troughs. The vibrations produced when high-speed railway trains pass by will make the cable sheath have frequent friction, which will wear out the cable sheath and shorten the service life of the cable. It is not conducive to the safe maintenance of the communication and signal operation.
