拉萨滑坡塌方长3公里 被困者中2人为藏族（图）

■国家三级救灾应急响应启动，国家减灾委工作组赴灾区

3月29日6时左右，位于中国黄金集团华泰龙公司甲玛矿区内的西藏墨竹工卡县扎西岗乡斯布村普朗沟泽日山发生山体滑坡，塌方长3公里，塌方量200余万方。据初步统计，83名工人（藏族2人，其余均为汉族，多为云、贵、川等地职工）被困。

灾情发生后，西藏自治区、拉萨市、墨竹工卡县主要已赶赴现场，同时启动应急预案，组织*、消防、医务等救援人员1000余名，调集各种车辆和大型装备200余台、搜救犬15条、雷达生命探测仪15台参与现场搜救。医务人员在现场全时间待命，以便*时间对获救人员进行治疗。

目前，西藏自治区党委、政府和有关企业正在全力组织抢险救援，并组织有关部门对周围环境进行评估，严防次生灾害发生。

西藏自治区党委书记*等自治区深入到海拔4600米的滑坡现场指挥救援，要求把救人放在*位，不惜一切代价搜救被埋人员。

据悉，国家减灾委、*针对西藏墨竹工卡县发生的严重山体滑坡灾害，紧急启动国家三级救灾应急响应，国家减灾委副主任、*副部长姜力率领由民政、财政、国土资源等3部门组成的国家减灾委工作组赶赴灾区，查看灾情，指导开展救灾工作。

此外，国家安全监管总局、*、*有关负责同志已率工作组赶赴现场指导救援工作。
