机床采用T型布局形式,在立柱的导轨上装有拖板,导轨中间位置装有垂直进给机构,传动精度高,互换性好,在传动过程中用十字接头连接,可补偿丝杠与减速器轴的中心误差。工作台移动采用闭式液压系统,前后进给可手动进给,液压自动进给或变频电机带动丝杆自动间歇进给,磨头上下移动为机动快速升降和手动进给两种方式。采用高强度铸铁基础件,磨头主轴采用筒子瓦或高刚性套筒结构,机床整体刚性强,品质稳定,运行平稳。
