摩托车链条应按要求定期进行调整,在调整过程中要求其保持良好的直线度和松紧度。所谓直线度便是保证大小齿盘与链条在同一直线上,只有这样才能保证齿盘和链条不致磨损过快和在行驶中不致掉链子。对松紧度的要求一般是看链条松紧的程度进行调整,正确的调整应是用手上下拔动链条,使链条上下移动距离在15mm~20mm的范围内为标准。过松或过紧都会加快链条和齿盘的磨损或损坏。
