62系列加速度传感器：The Model 62 accelerometer is based on anadvanced piezoresistive MEMS sensing element
which offers exceptional dynamic range andstability. This unit features a full bridge outputconfiguration with a compensated temperaturerange from 0 to +50o C. A slight amount ofinternal gas damping provides outstanding shocksurvivability and a flat amplitude/phase responseup to 7kHz. The Model 62 is compliant with SAEJ211 standards for anthropomorphic dummyinstrumentation. 输出： 2～0.15mv/g
