3031加速度传感器：The Model 3031 is a piezoresistive SMDaccelerometer designed for demanding highvolume applications. The accelerometer is idealfor applications requiring a miniature light weightaccelerometer with outstanding performance.
The model 3031 incorporates a 2nd generationMEMS sensing element providing superior long-
term stability. The accelerometer provides amillivolt outputsignal andfeaturesmechanical
overload stopsthat provideshockprotection to10,000g.For non-surface mountaccelerometers
