IEPE是指一种自带电量放大器或电压放大器的加速度传感器。IEPE是压电集成电路的缩写。因为由加速度传感器产生的电量是很小的，因此传感器产生的电信号很容易受到噪声干扰，需要用灵敏的电子器件对其进行放大和信号调理。IEPE中集成了灵敏的电子器件使其尽量靠近传感器以保证更好的抗噪声性并更容易封装。
美国Dytran的3019A是一款小型IEPE加速度传感器/振动传感器，自带1/4-28尺寸的通螺纹孔及2针MIL-C-5015接头，上线频率响应达8000Hz。
The Dytran 3059A is a low profile IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer featuring a thru hole 1/4-28 mount and radial 2-pin MIL-C-5015 connector. This unique configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of sensor installation.
Available with a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, design of the model 3059A incorporates a ceramic shear sensing element packaged in a highly rugged stainless steel housing. With a low-end frequency response of 0.5 Hz and excellent low noise performance, the model 3059A is ideal for vibration monitoring of slowly rotating machinery and other equipment. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, and are internally case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
