用途

■Application:
This pump can be used as a transfer and booster pump in oil delivery systems. It can also be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel systems. It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
适用范围
■适用于输送不含固体颗粒和纤维、无腐蚀性,温度不高于80℃.粘度为5~1500cSt的润滑油或性质类似润滑油的其它液体,本系列另有精铸不锈钢材质,适用于腐蚀性介质。
结构特点
■该齿轮采用具有水平的新技术一双圆弧正弦曲线齿型。它与渐开线齿轮相比,的优点是齿轮啮合过程中齿廓面没有相对滑动,所以齿面无磨损、运转平衡、无困液现象,噪声低.寿命长、效率高。该泵摆脱了传统设计的束缚,使得齿轮泵在设计、生产和使用上进入了一个新的领域。
■泵设有差压式安全阀作为超载保护,安全阀全回流压力为泵额定排出压力的1.5倍,也可在允许排出压力范围内根据实际需要另行调整。但是此安全阀不能作减压阀长期工作,需要时可在管路上另行安装。
■该泵轴端密封设计为两种形式;一种是机械密封,一种是填料密封,用户可根据使用要求选择。
■Application:
This gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties, with a viscosity of 5~1500cSt, which do not contain solid particles, fibers, or have no corrosiveness. The series also has precision cast stainless steel material, which is suitable for corrosive media. The temperature should not exceed 80℃.
■Structural Characteristics:
This gear adopts a new technology with an international advanced level of a double circular arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with the involute gear, the most prominent advantage is that there is no relative sliding between the tooth profile surfaces during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, runs smoothly, and has no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life, and high efficiency. The pump breaks away from the constraints of traditional design, making gear pumps enter a new field in design, production, and use.
■The pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve as overload protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump and can be adjusted separately within the allowed discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve cannot work as a pressure reducing valve for a long time and can be installed separately on the pipeline when needed.
■The shaft end seal of the pump is designed in two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal. Users can choose according to their requirements.
