This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines.Which has been preferentially selected as the 10KV and 35KV engineering transmission line for the construction and transformation of grid system.This series of products is appropriate for maintenance and security of lines,and the product with annealed copper core is applicable to the down lead of transformer.
产品特性 Product features
(1) 额定电压为10KV、35KV;电缆导体的长期允许工作温度:PVC及PE绝缘应不超过70℃,XLPE绝缘应不超过90℃;短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆的温度:交联聚乙烯绝缘为250℃,高密度聚乙烯绝缘为150℃;电缆的敷设温度应不低于-20℃。
The rated voltage is 10KV、35KV;during having a short circuit(lasting less than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature:XLPE insulated cables is 250℃, HDPE insulated cables is 150℃;the permissible long time working temperature of conductor:relative to the PVC insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 70℃, relative to the XLPE insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 90℃;during the cable laying,the ambient temperature must be above -20℃.
(2) 电缆的允许弯曲半径:应不小于电缆弯曲试验时用圆柱体直径。
The permissible bending radius shall not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used in the cable bending test.
