主要监测对象：外电网、电源屏、轨道电路、转辙机、信号机、站内电码化、区间自闭、计轴等信号设备，对这些信号设备模拟量、开关量、状态、报警等信息进行实时在线监测，对信号设备的运用情况、站场作业操作情况进行实时记录和跟踪，对涉及行车安全的故障进行预警和报警。该系统还具有智能分析和故障诊断功能，为电务人员提供快速维护提供保障。
